CLUB VELOUR is a sexy and funkified mixed media project gone right. At random times, in random locations, Food One will spontaneously freestyle the fresh body paint stylee on various models/girls/freaks/friends and document the process through video and photography. Love “The Professional Photographer” Ablan shoots the tight, slick shots and Derek “Akirophoto” P. handles the sneaky, snazzy behind the scenes (usually shot with old school film). The photos have appeared in various magazines, like BPM, and on various websites and such. A full-blown art book is in the works. Stay tuned, friends.
